Service Engineer - Process Automation Systems - Remote

Overview

The Service Engineer will implement, test, and document applications for Process Automation Systems developed for clients in the Life Science industry, providing site service and lifecycle support.

In Short

• Provide site service to installed based customers.
• Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers.
• Implement Upgrade/Migration DeltaV system.
• Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.
• Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.
• Manage product recall/replacement.
• Co-work closely with project teams.
• Identify potential quality and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
• 0-3 years’ service experience in a technical/industrial environment.
• Knowledge about computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Serial, Modbus).
• Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
