In Short

  • Drive strategy, business development, and offering development in the Justice practice.
  • Shape and execute business development efforts as a trusted advisor.
  • Define Justice offerings and expand presence in the government sector.
  • Maintain a book of business and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and manage key executive client relationships.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and outcome measurement.
  • Promote Resultant's brand at industry events and through collaborative content.
  • Maintain a long-term outlook on client relationships and anticipate needs.
  • Collaborate with sales support teams to create account plans.
  • Engage in travel for client meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting with a focus on delivery and revenue generation.
  • Proven leadership experience in the public sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the government landscape and justice organizations.
  • Strong track record of building executive-level client relationships.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and large-scale data solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for research and innovation in market offerings.
  • Experience with state or local justice organizations is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
