Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry with a cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations. We seek a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Digital and At-Scale Success Programs to lead scalable success initiatives that support our customers.

• Lead development and execution of scalable success initiatives.
• Define and lead digital success vision and roadmap.
• Design automated customer journeys and usage-based triggers.
• Develop scalable engagement programs with key partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations.

• Utilize tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Establish measurable digital initiatives to enhance customer value.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Customer Success or Digital Programs in SaaS.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven success in scaling digital customer success programs.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Pendo, and webinars.
• Strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and program management skills.
• Experience in SMB or long-tail customer success programs.
• Background in Customer Marketing or Digital CS Operations.
• ERP or Business Software experience is a plus.
