The Support Specialist, Workforce is responsible for supporting R365 Payroll clients, ensuring they have a delightful experience with R365 Payroll through collaboration with various teams.

In Short

• Respond to technical support tickets
• Prompt customers for troubleshooting information
• Engage with customers via phone or screen share
• Assist customers in understanding payroll integration functionality
• Diagnose and document software defects
• Participate in live chats
• Manage personal customer ticket queue
• Identify gaps in self-help documentation
• Share ticket trends with Implementation Team
• Conduct basic training as needed
