Overview

Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to join our growing team in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Energy Auditor with a strong background in proven experience in energy auditing, building science, or related fields, along with established relationships within housing, rebate/incentive programs, and community development.

In Short

• Define SOP for the Field Service team from Energy Audits to QA/QC.
• Recruit and train a team of BPI trained Energy Auditors.
• Manage and implement the field and internal verification process across multiple programs and clients.
• Conduct onsite inspections and write inspection reports.
• Develop and implement Energy audit protocols and QA/QC requirements.
• Provide education and training to minimize failed inspections.
• Conduct field inspections and manage trade allies.
• Review program QC findings and report inaccuracies.
• Implement long-term solutions in partnership with clients.
• Generate reports to audit performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in energy auditing or related fields.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of BPI standards and certifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and manage teams.
• Experience with training and coaching others.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Ability to generate and analyze performance reports.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
