In Short

• We’re recruiting for a Residential Area Surveyor to join us.
• Offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package.
• The patch will cover Bournemouth/Poole/The New Forest (Southampton).
• This role can be offered on a Full Time, Part Time or Job Share basis.
• Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties.
• Upholding best professional practice to minimise financial and reputational risk.
• Completing 5 points per day.
• Promptly responding to queries, complaints and claims.
• Regularly reviewing performance and risk of products.

Requirements

• Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors, VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited.
• Excellent valuation and survey experience.
• Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.
