Overview

Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Market Engagement Consultant to become a vital part of our expanding team in Illinois. In this Associate role at Resource Innovations, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Residential Program team in the state.

In Short

• Support Program Managers in project development, tracking and analysis, and management of efficiency projects.
• Edit and format program documents and reports for grammar, typographical errors, and professional presentation.
• Gather and share program metrics using Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint with a focus on precision and accuracy.
• Seek review and/or feedback prior to external communications or submission of deliverables.
• Provide general administrative support to the project teams.
• Function as a cooperative and cohesive member of project teams.
• Represent Resource Innovations in a professional manner at customer meetings, trade shows, and community events with senior staff.
• Successfully and independently track and perform small tasks within a project or program.
• Bring a positive, action-oriented attitude to the workplace.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to track multiple task or project deadlines.
• Willingness to play a variety of roles (e.g., administrative, quality assurance, research, writing).
• Strong communication skills for effective representation at events.
• Attention to detail in document editing and formatting.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
