Overview

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce where you can choose to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer (sometimes called a Sales Engineer) who will demo Resolver's products to new and existing customers. You may have been a Sales Engineer or come from another role, where you shared a passion for customer interaction and technology.

In Short

  • Apply product knowledge throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate across all departments within Resolver.
  • Demonstrate Resolver's products to customers.
  • Support the sales team with discovery calls and RFPs.
  • Prepare technical presentations for customers.
  • Gather customer requirements for accurate proposals.
  • Stay updated on product features and configurations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to communicate value propositions.
  • Manage ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Participate in professional development and training.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales, Solution Engineering, or Customer Success.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and public speaking ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience working with technical teams.
  • Domain experience in Security & Investigations is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and understanding new products.
  • Accountability for work and outcomes.
