IFS Application Support Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The IFS Application Support Analyst II will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the IFS ERP system. With a focus on delivering excellent internal customer service, this role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the system. The analyst will play a key role supporting continuous improvement initiatives to refine support processes and optimize the IT support service offering the team delivers, as well as building the confidence and capability of end users and driving adoption.

In Short

• Provide first and second-line support for the IFS ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.
• Assist with system configuration and customizations as required.
• Monitor system performance and health.
• Log and track tickets in the Service Management solution.
• Ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
• Assist in managing data integrity and quality within the IFS system.
• Collaborate with the IFS support teams to develop best practices.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Participate in system testing and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• 2 or more years of experience with IFS 10 or IFS Cloud.
• 3 or more years of experience in supporting integrated applications.
• 2 or more years of IFS user roles and permissions management preferred.
• Ability to travel 5 to 15% required.
