In Short

• Build new features for Replicant’s Conversation Intelligence product
• Refactor, optimize, and debug existing code
• Provide code reviews and lead technical projects
• Participate in regular on-call rotations
• Drive development decisions using metrics
• Collaborate with the team using agile processes
• Share passion for learning technical topics
• Identify and drive best practices in the team

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience building customer-facing user interfaces
• Experience working in live production environments
• Lead technical projects
• Desire to learn across the tech stack
• Experience writing production TypeScript
• Experience with React framework
• At least 5 years in developing customer-facing features
• Experience with LLM prompt tuning is a plus
• Experience writing production Python is a plus
• Experience with Google Cloud Services is a plus
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
