Requirements

• Solid recruiting experience.
• Experience with HR platforms, including Deel.
• Ability to develop job descriptions and hiring processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing performance review cycles.
• Knowledge of modern development tech stacks.
• Ability to track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Experience in coordinating training and development programs.
• Ability to ensure inclusivity in hiring processes.
