• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, focusing on engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring processes.
• Source, screen, and engage top talent across various roles.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (Workable) for candidate tracking.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Continuously improve talent pipeline strategies for inclusivity.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
• Manage HR data for compliance and accuracy.
• Organize training initiatives and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Solid recruiting experience, especially in tech roles.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts and development tech stacks.
• Experience with HR platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze employee engagement survey results.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
