Overview

We are looking for a passionate Junior Legal Specialist to support the Legal team projects at Rentokil Initial, a global leader in business services.

In Short

• Assist in drafting standard contracts.
• Support the management of legal issues.
• Prepare self-certification delegations and statements required by clients/suppliers.
• Draft delegations for debt collection.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions for various departments.
• Help in the preparation of legal policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Law.
• Strong communication, relational, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and dynamic attitude.
• Ability to manage stress and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent command of Office/Google Suite.
• Plus: Master's degree in law or contract management.
