The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering essential case details, pre-screening potential clients, and ensuring accurate data entry into the firm's system. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.

In Short

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and chat.
Conduct initial client screenings by gathering relevant case details.
Accurately enter client information into the case management system.
Assess case viability based on established firm criteria and provide recommendations.
Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients.
Provide basic information about legal services and address client inquiries.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a legal intake, customer service, or administrative role within a law firm or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.
Familiarity with case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar is a plus).
Ability to assess client needs and determine case eligibility.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
