Overview

The Support Agent will serve as a key point of contact for support-related issues, requiring exceptional customer support skills and technical acumen.

In Short

  • Resolve routine and complex problems and communicate solutions.
  • Respond to customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
  • Analyze customer needs and consult with relevant departments.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues on supported operating systems and browsers.
  • Support internal and external projects collaboratively.
  • Maintain representative metric goals and adhere to case management guidelines.
  • Assist early career team members and new hires as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of customer support experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
