Overview

As a Customer Success Enablement Program Manager, you will provide our Customer Success organization with learning, content, and resources to maximize growth and motivate success.

In Short

  • Support the development and delivery of CS enablement programs.
  • Partner with leadership and high-performing CSMs to uncover business needs.
  • Build and manage repeatable and scalable enablement programs.
  • Facilitate learning and readiness programming for the customer success team.
  • Establish clear project plans and success metrics.
  • Develop a systematic approach for customer success enablement content.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement for program content.
  • Provide support for the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for stronger collaboration across teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success enablement or program management.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager is preferred.
  • Strong program management skills with experience in driving projects.
  • Experience in designing large training programs with adult learning modalities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and delivering outcomes effectively.
  • Experience with revenue enablement tools like Highspot and Gainsight.
  • Knowledge of the customer journey and success frameworks.
  • High degree of business acumen regarding sales and customer cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with eLearning tools and CRM systems.
