Overview

The Customer Success Enablement Program Manager will contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of core global Customer Success enablement programs, collaborating with stakeholders to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an enablement or program management role.
  • Minimum two years experience in Customer Success or related role.
  • Training or degree in learning and development.
  • Passion for learning and inspiring others.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coach and provide feedback.
  • Clear communicator, fluent in English.
  • Reliable and conscientious with a commitment to excellence.
  • Independent thought leader with problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner with an inclusive mindset.
  • Results-driven with a track record in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in the fast-paced technology sector.
