Overview

The Global Sales Manager is a pivotal role in the International leadership team, responsible for evolving the International proposition and ensuring the delivery of targets for the International Consultants and Customer Support team.

Requirements

  • Substantial B2B sales experience with a focus on sales leadership.
  • Experience in leading and developing a sales team.
  • Experience of solution selling in an international market.
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM and sales analytics experience.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Passion for education and improving outcomes for schools.
  • Able to formulate clear strategies to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work in different time zones with regular international travel.
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to different cultures.
  • Creative thinker with innovative solutions for customer needs.
