Overview

Manage Indirect Distribution Channel to ensure strong financial performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Develop go to market strategies to maximize coverage in all non-direct sales Regions. Select, train, and develop channel partners capable of executing those strategies. Establish and review KPIs designed to predict accomplishment of sales objectives and other goals.

In Short

  • Manage and grow Global Indirect Sales in assigned territories.
  • Drive partner onboarding processes and lead partners to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure strong pipeline through effective lead generation and relationship management.
  • Lead technical sales process and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and market trends to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain distributor relationships.
  • Conduct market assessments and prepare analyses on request.
  • Handle technical support issues and execute pricing strategies.
  • Carry out LI-COR’s Export Compliance program.
  • Work with distribution partners on local-language marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • BS or equivalent in environmental, agricultural, biological, earth sciences, or related field.
  • MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum three years experience in sales and/or sales management of environmental or life science products.
  • Minimum three years experience in managing indirect distribution channels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot and Power BI a plus.
  • Demonstrated sales accomplishments in competitive environments.
