Proposal Writer I (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Writer creates compelling, persuasive and accurate sales proposals which include responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Requests for Qualifications (RFQ)/Requests for Information (RFI), unsolicited proposals and other written support of sales.

In Short

• Developing and revising content for custom sales proposals.
• Writing content that meets RFP requirements and is tailored to customers.
• Revising proposals to support sales strategy.
• Seeking insights for proposal responses independently.
• Maintaining knowledge of the K-12 EdTech market.
• Contributing to content libraries for products.
• Understanding the company's GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of writing experience or in proposal services.
• Experience in K-12 education or EdTech preferred.
• Experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with proposal management software.
