Requirements

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code.
• Experience as a senior product manager in a high-growth company.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR functions.
• Experience launching AI-driven products or features.
• Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions.
• Data-driven approach to product management.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• ‘Can do’ attitude with problem-solving focus.
