• Act as a subject matter expert for the specified country/region.
• Lead global payroll implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.

• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in the country/region.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of local payroll tools and software.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to fast-paced international work.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
