Overview

As the Payment Operations Lead at TripleTen, you will be responsible for developing innovative financial operational solutions, analyzing and improving approval rates and financial analytics. You will bridge technology and finance, significantly contributing to the digitization and optimization of our payment systems.

• Work and negotiate with payment providers in the LATAM market.
• Identify and explore new payment methods and market opportunities.
• Lead payment infrastructure projects and optimize payment flows.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a business development role.
• Strong understanding of online and mobile payments.
• Proven experience in managing payment infrastructure.
• Experience in team leadership and developing direct reports.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
