Payment Operations, US Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Payment Operations, US Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and accuracy of all payment flows within Aspire’s platform in the US, managing operations and owning KPIs to drive performance and compliance.

• Oversee daily payment processing (domestic and cross-border).
• Track and improve payment success rates and processing time.
• Optimize treasury and payment systems for scalability.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between Aspire and payment partner accounts.
• Manage and resolve payment escalations and incidents.

• Manage operational relationships with payment service providers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of payments experience, with 4+ years in fintech.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical abilities related to payment flows.
• Experience in scaling payment systems in high-growth environments.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.
• Understanding of payment-related compliance and regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to support new market launches.
