In Short

• Own the complete Country Pod for Croatia & Serbia ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll service providers.
• Implement best practices and key performance indicators.
• Document payroll processes in line with governance requirements.
• Support system development and testing for payroll enhancements.
• Professional proficiency in English and Serbian/Croatian.
• Experience with Pantheon software.

Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations specifically for Croatia & Serbia.
• Ability to manage risk and exercise judgment in resolving issues.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficient in software like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Productivity-oriented with a desire to improve processes.
• Ability to work asynchronously.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
