This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Payroll Operations for China, ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing payroll processes effectively.

• Lead the China Payroll operations and ensure timely processing.

Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations, especially in China.

• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience with third-party payroll services.
• Proficient in SAP and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced international environments.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
