Overview

The Outbound Sales Development Representative will engage with prospective customers to help them fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. This role is essential in responding to incoming queries and assisting customers in understanding how to maximize the platform's offerings.

In Short

  • Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven success in business development using core sales tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Proficient in SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and promote ideas persuasively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
