• Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Sourcing new sales prospects to book appointments for Account Executives.

• Support the Account Executive team as needed.
• Educate prospects leading to hand-offs to sales teams.
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Cold call prospects generated from various sources.
• Identify key players and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven business development success using sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
• Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
• Able to negotiate and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
• Exceptional communication skills and positive phone presence.
• Able to think strategically and tactically.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
