Requirements

• Experience in an administrative role in a Global Mobility, Immigration, or HR-related capacity
• Previous experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor-client communication
• Team player with the ability to take direction and then work independently
• Organized and able to work independently
• Enjoys finding ways to improve and speed up their work
• Writes and speaks fluent English
• Experience working remotely is a plus
