Overview

The Manager, Sales Enablement is a strategic role responsible for managing a high performing team to execute on business objectives that primarily support, but are not limited in supporting, SDR, AE, SC, and AM roles.

  • Proven track record of supporting revenue achievements.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with sales reporting systems.
  • Direct people management or team lead experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Certification in Instructional Design or project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically about project goals.
  • Strong command of training strategy.
