Requirements

• People Management experience in a high-volume operational team.
• Understanding of APAC employment laws and payroll processes.

• Team-oriented with a focus on building trust.
• Pragmatic and flexible approach to challenges.
• Experience in international people operations is well regarded.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a nice to have.
