Requirements

• Experience in people management in high-volume operations.
• Deep understanding of APAC employment laws and processes.

• Experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in international people operations is preferred.
