Overview

The Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients. This individual contributor position places a strong emphasis on legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes.

In Short

  • Manage Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients.
  • Ensure legal compliance in time tracking and attendance management.
  • Implement end-to-end time off and attendance policies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Time & Attendance queries.
  • Collaborate with clients and employees on Time & Attendance issues.
  • Gather feedback to enhance employee journey and experience.
  • Manage employee data securely and confidentially.
  • Promote Remote's values and contribute to team goals.
  • Work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Report to the Time & Attendance Manager.

Requirements

  • Solid operational experience in HR with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in implementing time off and attendance policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong English communication abilities; proficiency in another language is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
