Overview

The Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients, focusing on legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

  • Ownership of Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Employee Lifecycle matters
  • Continuous improvement of the employee journey
  • Manage employee data confidentiality and integrity
  • Collaborate with clients and employees on Time & Attendance issues
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts

Requirements

  • Solid operational experience in HR with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities
  • Proven experience in implementing time off and attendance policies
  • Strong English communication skills; proficiency in another language is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling multiple countries' labor laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and motivation to improve processes
  • Attention to detail in data management
