Overview

The Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients.

• Manage Time & Attendance activities for external employees.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide subject matter expertise for Time & Attendance queries.

Requirements

• Operational experience in HR across multiple roles.
• Understanding of local and international labor laws.
• Experience implementing time off and attendance policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; another language is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, remote setting.
