GTM Strategy Principal - Remote

Overview

This individual is responsible for driving the execution & adoption of the Remote HR Management suite of products and special scaling projects. You are the dedicated execution engine for the business unit, directly supporting Sales to successfully commercialize HRM suite of products and achieve growth targets.

• Drive the end-to-end GTM execution plan for our HR suite of products.
• Engineer GTM Efficiency by identifying friction in the sales and marketing funnel.
• Serve as the HRM Subject Matter Expert, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Design scalable playbooks in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
• Lead high-priority special projects for business transformation.
• Fully autonomous in data work including SQL and dashboard building.
• Utilize advanced modeling for strategic decision-making.
• Possess a strong background in Management Consulting or as a GTM hire.
• Take ownership of outcomes and make high-stakes decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in Management Consulting, BizOps, or as a Chief of Staff.
• Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS operations.
• Ability to prioritize automated workflows over manual fixes.
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL proficiency.
• Ability to pivot between high-level strategy and granular details.
• Comfortable making decisions with limited data.
• Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes.
