Principal, Product Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Principal, Product Strategy will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the Mortgage Solutions group, including managing the division’s capital allocation process and leading efforts in competitive and market intelligence.

In Short

• Coordinate the capital allocation (Playbook) process for the Mortgage Solutions group.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Solution Owners to gather inputs and support prioritization decisions.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to evaluate strategic investments.
• Build and manage a competitive intelligence program.
• Conduct market research on trends and customer needs.
• Create and maintain competitor profiles and benchmarking reports.
• Support the Mortgage Solutions strategy by identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to define Total Addressable Market (TAM).
• Track and report on key metrics for product-market alignment.
• Act as a liaison between Product Strategy and key functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product strategy or business analysis.
• Experience in capital planning and strategic resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry landscape.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into insights.
