Overview

This role is for an Account Executive focusing on small to medium-sized businesses in the Iberia region, responsible for driving new business and managing customer relationships to enhance their experience with Remote's Global HR Platform.

In Short

  • Fully remote position with no relocation required.

  • Respond to incoming queries and assist customers in maximizing product use.
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships.

  • Fluency in Spanish and Italian is required.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a related SaaS sales role.
  • Proven success in building customer relationships and driving revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to close deals.
  • Ability to build outbound sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
  • Efficient in multitasking and time management.
  • Understanding of company services and market position.
  • Ability to forecast sales and achieve targets.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
