This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Principal, Business Development - Remote Embedded, reporting to the GM, Partnerships Business.

In Short

  • Recruit technology partners to implement and resell Remote to their customer base via the Remote Embedded solution.
  • Generate awareness and demand at C-level stakeholders in target prospects.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development tactics for prioritized accounts.
  • Build compelling business cases and implementation roadmaps.
  • Own deal execution, leading all aspects including deal qualification and negotiation.
  • Negotiate deal terms that ensure sustainable economics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop customer-facing collaterals.
  • Orchestrate involvement of Remote execs and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and communicate actionable partner and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in business development/sales in the HR, fintech or B2B software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing multi-year deals.
  • Seasoned in communicating and negotiating with C-level counterparts.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Operating independently in a high growth environment.
  • Able to address partner questions in a wide range of topics.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and follow through with clients.
  • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Passion for remote work and a global outlook preferred.
