Requirements

• Extensive experience in operations, preferably in sales operations.
• Proven collaboration with technical teams.
• BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance priorities.
• Advanced experience in root-cause analysis.
• Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools.
• Data-driven mindset and continuous improvement focus.
• Previous experience with Business Process Methodologies preferred.
