Overview

As a Senior Product Specialist at JLL, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, managing user support, and enhancing product experiences through technology and user engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product support or real estate experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Excel reporting and querying large datasets.
• Knowledge of Jira and Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
