Senior Product Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a member of the PS team, this member will be responsible for onboarding and supporting the SMC product, working on product configuration and activation, and providing training to internal and external teams.

In Short

• Configure product features live with dealers via phone/video
• Feedback loop for external and internal stakeholders
• Training and best practices to dealers & internal teams
• Troubleshoot internal inquiries via slack and cases
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors product support needs
• Responsible for rescheduling no-show meetings with dealers
• Drive projects to continuously improve process and product adoption
• Collaboration with CarOffer for product configuration and activation

Requirements

• Strongly recommend dealership background
• Salesforce Knowledge a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• Deeper knowledge of product-adjacent topics
• Ability to navigate multiple contacts within a dealership
