In Short

  • Be the trusted business partner for complex and enterprise-type opportunities.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Remote's offerings and the globally distributed workforce.
  • Identify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance Customer Success capabilities.
  • Build relationships across Remote teams to improve alignment and impact.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the Customer Success team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives.
  • Grow clients into long-term partners and own client retention and expansion.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience managing complex large clients autonomously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems.
  • Experience building relationships with senior customer executives.
  • Identify new opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Effective communicator with internal teams.
  • Experience mentoring new team members.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
