In Short

• Own the complete Country Pod for payroll processing in Singapore.
• Manage risk and exercise judgment to resolve and escalate issues.
• Implement payroll in multiple countries and manage third-party payroll services.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
• Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.
• Document payroll processes in line with governance requirements.
• Support system development and statutory changes.
• Mentor team members on payroll operations.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations, specifically in Singapore.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international work environment.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
