  • Act as the first line of support for complex multi-country global payroll inquiries.
  • Offer expert advice on navigating differences in payroll practices and tax considerations across various countries.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Collaborate closely with CSMs to deliver proactive updates and best-practice guidance.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-country Global Payroll.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze payslips and detect discrepancies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent research and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing multi-country Global Payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Experience in client-facing roles supporting high-touch Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze payroll data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities across different jurisdictions.
  • Experience working alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with process documentation skills.
