The Outbound Sales Development Representative will engage with prospective customers and help them understand Remote's Global HR Platform, ensuring they maximize its capabilities for their employment needs.

• Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments.

Requirements

• Proven business development success using core sales tools.
• Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
