Requirements

• Strong background in operational roles and people operations.
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legal documents.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, additional languages a plus.
• Adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Experience with project management platforms like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge in organizing and maintaining content resources.
