You will be working remotely from South Africa, partnering with experienced recruiters in the UK to source, qualify, and assess candidates for high-profile roles. This is a unique opportunity to help grow a brand-new business unit from the ground up, with direct input into its development and the chance to make a lasting impact.

In Short

  • Source high-quality candidates for FinTech and SaaS roles, focusing on contract, fractional, and C-level positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate qualification and assessments, ensuring a strong cultural and skill match.
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to meet hiring needs and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking information.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a new business unit, providing ideas and insights to improve processes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (180 or 360), preferably with international client exposure.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and qualifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with clear and professional spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple vacancies.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a reliable laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.
