Requirements

4+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting for Engineering roles.
Experience recruiting for US and Argentina-based teams.
Fluent in English (advanced/bilingual).
Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Highly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
A bias for action and ownership.
