Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting for Engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for US and Argentina-based teams.
• Fluent in English (advanced/bilingual).
• Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• A bias for action and ownership.
