We’re seeking a skilled and experienced 360 Recruiter to join a thriving UK-based medical recruitment agency that specialises in placing UK-based General Practitioners (GPs) into permanent roles in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to step into a warm desk with 35–40 open roles, focusing primarily on sourcing high-calibre candidates with a strategic touch of business development. You’ll be part of a growing agency led by a seasoned recruiter with over 10 years of industry experience and a casual, people-first culture. This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in a laid-back yet professional environment and want to make a tangible impact from day one.

In Short

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, with a 70% focus on candidate sourcing and 30% business development.
• Proactively source and engage candidates—mainly UK GPs—using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Nurture relationships with candidates throughout the process, including initial contact, interview coordination, and relocation support.
• Handle warm inbound roles with urgency and consistency, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Conduct light BD to introduce services to new clients—mostly within Canadian clinics.
• Utilise CRM systems such as Loxo and lead generation tools like Apollo to manage candidate data and outreach.
• Collaborate with the founder to transition an active recruitment desk over time, enabling you to take full ownership.

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and business development.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
